School Counselling Services
DCS is currently working in a prestigious and leading Public School in Essex.
Providing counsellors who work closely with the school's medical team, DCS are on hand to offer pupils a confidential counselling service so that they can work through their problems with confidence.
Our School Counselling Team all have experience of working with young people. Some of the Team also have previously worked in School Nursing and/or School Counselling. They all bring to their role an expertise gained over many years of working as counsellors.
Some of the areas with which DCS have been able to help school pupils have included:
- Bereavement
- Family break-up
- Stress & anger management
- Confidence building
- Eating disorders
DCS recognise the special and confidential nature of school work, but have nevertheless secured permission from one of our schools for other potential clients to take up references.
All DCS Counsellors have had an enhanced CRB Check.
